They say it takes 21 days to form a habit, so let's see if this new lifestyle will last more than 21 days for me. Here are other reasons I took this challenge:
-cleaner eating
-to feel good
-get my health back on track
-better skin
-get more natural vitamins from real food
-more energy
I plan on updating this blog at least once a week with how this new lifestyle is making me feel along with simple balanced vegan meal recipes so you can try vegan meals too!
